A Complete Range of Weft-Knit Fabrics for Every Application
Hayleys Fabric PLC specialises in the full spectrum of weft-knit constructions, engineered for activewear, lingerie, casual wear, sustainable collections and technical applications. Every fabric is produced in-house, from knitting to finishing.
Moisture-wicking, four-way stretch, quick-dry and compression constructions for running, training, yoga and outdoor applications. Tier-1 brand-approved constructions.
Ultra-fine single jersey, power net and seamless-compatible fabrics for the lingerie and intimate apparel sector. SEDEX audited and ETI Base Code compliant supply chain.
Interlock, piqué, fleece, polar fleece and jacquard constructions in cotton, modal, viscose and blends for casual, lounge and resort wear applications.
Certified sustainable fabrics from recycled PET yarns collected from Sri Lanka’s shores, organic cotton (GOTS certified), and Better Cotton sourcing programmes.
Rotary screen printing (8-colour), sublimation printing, brushing, sueding and chemical finishes, anti-bacterial, UV protection, moisture management and more.
Custom constructions developed through INNO, from yarn selection and knit structure design to lab testing and brand approval.

Where the Next Generation of Fabric Is Engineered
INNO is Hayleys Fabric’s own fabric innovation centre, the first of its kind launched by a fabric mill in Sri Lanka. Created to develop and commercialise value-added, functional fabrics for global apparel brand partners, INNO is the engine behind 250+ new products and a 60% commercialisation rate that no Sri Lankan competitor can match.
