Consistency is what quality control is really about, not one excellent batch but every batch meeting the same standard, which is why we’ve invested heavily in a stringent quality control system across our entire production process. Meeting the highest global quality benchmarks starts before a single yarn enters our mills: we source raw materials only from accredited, reputable suppliers who can demonstrate their own adherence to quality, environmental and social standards, since a fabric mill’s credibility is only as strong as its weakest supplier.
That discipline has been recognised externally, not just claimed internally. Multiple independent organisations and global brand owners have granted Hayleys Fabric accreditations that verify, rather than simply take our word for, our competency and credibility in manufacturing fabric to international standards.
